We're qualified. Our inspectors are chosen for their technical expertise and their ability to communicate. They have completed the most extensive training program in the industry which covers all of the theoretical and practical aspects of performing a home inspection. All of our inspectors are members of the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors (CAHPI BC).
We're thorough.
Our reporting system, the Home Reference Book®, identifies specific repair and maintenance items at a glance as well as providing in-depth explanations in its reference sections. The report can be provided on-line to out-of-town clients.

Our inspections are performed in the same way to the same standard on every property.
We're versatile.
We have inspectors who speak Mandarin, French, Croatian, and English. We serve the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley from Hope to Whistler. We accept many form of payment for customer convenience — we accept cash, personal cheques, Visa or MasterCard.
We're available. Our office staff is on duty from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm weekdays and 8:30 am to 6 pm weekends and holidays. They are friendly and helpful and have the time and knowledge to answer your questions. With 10 full-time inspectors we can book inspections on short notice and we inspect 7 days a week.
We're industry leaders. James Dobney has been educating realtors and other home inspectors for many years. He has been a presenter at Provincial, National and International conferences and appears regularly on Global TV's "Ask-an-Expert" segment on the Sunday Morning Newshour.
